Shipping policy

  • Inventory Operation: Bavarian Magazine LLC operates both by maintaining stocked inventory and shipping items from our vendors.

  • Order Processing: By purchasing from Bavarian Magazine LLC, you acknowledge that orders will ship based on availability and inventory status of both our products and those from our vendors.

  • Lost Items Coverage: Bavarian Magazine LLC does NOT provide coverage for items lost during transit or shipping. For this, please submit a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Stolen Deliveries: Please note that items marked as "delivered" but subsequently stolen are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Signature Delivery: To prevent theft, we may ensure signature delivery is required for high-value items.

  • Address Accuracy: For timely delivery, please ensure your address is entered accurately, including correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable).

  • Email Accuracy: Please provide an accurate email at checkout, as your tracking number will be sent automatically upon shipment. For our customers privacy, we will not reply to regarding a order if you if you email us from a different email address than which was used to place a order, even if you provide a order number.

  • Responsibility Disclaimer: Bavarian Magazine LLC does not assume responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase. We will not reach out to the customer or cover additional charges for re-shipping the package.

  • Shipping Times: Shipping times may vary dependent upon location and shipping service selected at checkout. For Free shipping, we strive to use the fastest shipping method available! We try our best to have orders processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. 

Specific Requirement for BMW Index 12 Fuel Injectors: For fuel injectors, it is imperative to return them in their original plastic manufacturer cases. Failure to adhere to this requirement will render the replacement request void. 

Any orders including Index 12 N54  Fuel Injectors are no longer eligible for lifetime replacement as our supplier no longer allows this. We have other available options to help, but unfortunately we cannot replace them if your order is older than 1 year ago. If these conditions are true, and you ordered within 1 year, you must order a new injector(s) and contact us about a replacement. You will then need to send your defective injector back to us, and we will issue a refund in full, on the original order. If the injector hold down tab is broken off, we cannot accept the injector and it will be sent back to you. Failure to adhere to this requirement will render the replacement request void.
